In the Phillies 16 year losing streak between 1933-1948, they won at a .363 clip (888-1555), and lost 100 games in a season a whopping 7 times! They also finished dead last 8 times in an 8 team league. Somehow, they did manage to make the World Series in 1950, swept by the Yankees. Meanwhile, the Bucs from 1993-2008 were only losing at a .437 clip (1104-1419), hitting the century mark exactly once, in 2001. They finished last 7 times, in a 5 or 6 team division.
